At Shanu’s, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

We do accept returns only in the following cases:
This is a highly unlikely scenario as we lay significant emphasis on quality! All outfits pass through multiple levels of checks before being delivered. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.
Did you happen to order the wrong size? Don’t worry, we’ll be happy to help you on this (the Size can be changed) If you do not like the product, you can return the outfit within 7 days of delivery. Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We do not accept returns in the following cases: Customized outfits are made exclusively for you and they cannot be returned. Hence we won’t be able to accept returns for such outfits
Do I need to return with the same packaging?
Please make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed & not damaged, the claim for returns will not be processed without the same.
I paid for the product using COD?
We’ll refund the amount in the form of a Shanus voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our site.
How much time does it take for the refund, if I have made my payment by options other than COD?
Once your return is processed by our Quality Assurance department, the refund will be credited to your account within 10-15 days.
Can I return the product through the same delivery Person if I don’t like it?
No, all our returns have a separate procedure. We will have the outfit picked up separately at your convenient time
The exchange & return policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:
- Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/ exchanges.
- Shanus reserves the right to change the exchange/money back price of the product based on the Quality Inspection.
- In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.
- No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges, including sleeve attachment.
- Alteration facility of merchandise purchased online during Discount Sale will not be available in stores either during the Sale of after the Sale.
How can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Please call us or mail us to cancel the order
How can I cancel order for our customized outfits?
Customized outfit requests should be cancelled before the outfit has gone for customization. Once the outfit is customized it cannot be cancelled.
For COD orders, can I check the order before making the payments.
Sorry, we do not entertain this. Please pay our delivery guy first and then if for any reason you are unhappy with the outfit, follow the returns’ policy.
